  Observation. Found the facility was missing a record of the fire drill being practiced for November. Monthly practices are required to ensure employees and children are prepared to respond appropriately in case of emergency and reduce risks to safety. This was corrected during inspection.

  Observation. Found the facility had a service delivery problem when a unexpected event of a lockdown occurred on-site at the facility. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires that all reportable incidents be reported to Licensing within 24 hours of occurrence. Submit by December 15, 2025, the reportable incident under Schedule H to Licensing.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Licensing Officer observed incomplete staffing files which were missing immunization status and references.

  Observation. The multiple stacked storage bins located in the gym must be removed or ensure children do not have access to them.

• C9.1 - Are there plans and actions in place to ensure medications are stored and administered properly?Non-critical

  Observation. Please ensure children's care plan are updated to reflect the child's current status and if any medications are required, that staff are trained on how to administer the medication. Care plans are be to developed along side the parents of the child requiring the care plan.
