• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon review of employee records it was noted that two have Criminal Record Checks not made out to the facility Licensee.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records, it was noted that some did not have Medical Practitioners Name and Number. Discussed Licensee developing a system so this is not left blank, as many families do not have family doctors. One record did not have a care card number recorded, and one had incomplete other identifying information. Upon discussion with the Licensee and Manager, it was determined that an Incident Report was required for a previous incident at the facility. Minor Incident log, Fire Drill log, Outdoor Inspection log reviewed and determined to be up to date and used regularly.
