  Observation. Upon discussion with the Licensee it is noted that one registered child requires extra support, and a care plan must be developed to identify the type of support provided and ensure this is reviewed with the family. Care plans are required for children with allergies, medical conditions, developmental differences or emotional or behavioural conditions in order to support their participation in the program, and protect their health, safety and dignity. Ensure care plans are developed for children requiring extra support as needed. The correction to this contravention is required on or by February 4, 2026.

  Observation. Upon testing, hot water measured at 53.3 degrees Celsius, above the 49 degree maximum allowable.

  Observation. The facility has sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience. One resident of the home requires an updated Criminal Record Check. Licensing Officer to provide resources.

  Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records, several require Doctor's Name and Number. If a family doesn't have a Doctor, they can list the ER or clinic they would usually use if their child was ill or injured and required treatment.
