  Observation. Licensing observed several departure times missing from the daily attendance records. Upon review of the children's records Licensing observed one record was missing other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. The fire extinguisher is not being inspected yearly.

  Observation. A child's records were missing the following details: - medical insurance plan number - physician's name and phone number A photo was missing from a child's record which could be used to readily identify the child in an emergency. A log has been created for play space inspections, however, evidence of conducting the inspections could not be produced.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Staff has an expired Criminal Record Check. People who are ordinarily present on the premises while children are in attendance, have expired criminal record checks. There was no fire drill practiced in March.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. A recently installed heat pump unit has been installed in the facility. The outdoor compressor unit is accessible to children.

  Observation. Two child files are missing medical practitioner name and phone number.
