  Observation. The Licensee confirmed that if a child is given food, other than what parents have provided, the Licensee does not inform the parents. In the event that a child has a food reaction a parent needs to be informed of what food or drink a child consumes during the day. Submit by the follow up date noted the plan you develop to inform parents when food or drink not provided by the parents is given to the children.
