  Observation. Three employees do not have a cleared criminal record check on file. Any person over the age of 12 who is ordinarily present must have a cleared criminal record check on file under the Criminal Records Review Act. Confirm when all clearances have been received. Outline the system developed to ensure criminal record checks are conducted as required.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Children's files are incomplete. A sampling of files reviewed are missing: sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number, date of enrollment in the facility, name and telephone number of a medical practitioner and emergency contact. A Licensee must keep current records for each child that includes all required information. Outline the system developed to ensure children's files are complete.
