EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. The following is observed in the outdoor play space: - The fence on one side is extremely wobbly with 1 fence slat broken creating an entrapment concern. - The concrete area used for ride on toys has sunken in one area creating a tripping hazard - 4 window screens, 2 hoses, and a leaf blower are all accessible to the children - The door used to enter/exit the outdoor play space is showing signs or wear and tear
Corrective action. Submit a corrective action plan.

Observation. References for one employee was not available for review.
