Observation. - A review of classrooms found that all had electrical cords that are loose and outlets that are available to children in care. - Group Child Care (30 months - School Age) and (Under 36 months) classrooms have some furniture that is over 4 feet high that require anchoring to the wall
Corrective action. - Ensure electrical cords are not available and cords attached to outlets are inaccessible to children - Ensure all furniture over 4 feet tall are anchored to the wall
