    Observation. The kitchen floor appears to have sustained water damage and areas are worn and in need of repair or replacement.

    Observation. A review of children's files found that not all children's files were available to review during the routine inspection. Some children's files were stored on-line but were unavailable to review.

    Corrective action. Ensure there is a system in place to organize and store children's records so that they may become available when requested.

    Corrective action. Ensure all individuals who are ordinarily present on the premise have a current and vaild criminal record check.
