    A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

    Observation. The Blue classroom has flooring that is lifting and presents a tripping hazard. Manager stated that the flooring is set to be replaced during the next scheduled school closure. The rooftop playground has an area next to the sand box where the tiles are lifting and poses a tripping hazard. There is a child lock broken in the yellow room washroom where children have access to items under the counter and one of the toilet roll holders is broken. There are still areas in some of the classrooms where chipped paint is present
