    Observation. One adult living in the home does not have a valid criminal record check. Any person over the age of 12 who is ordinarily present must have a valid criminal record check. Submit the system developed to ensure criminal record checks are up to date and valid.

    Observation. Two electrical plugs on the deck of the outdoor playspace have wires hanging, in the open and accessible to the children. Open and accessible electrical wires pose a risk to the health and safety of the children. Outline the system developed to ensure the all hazards have been identified and mitigated. Bedding used for rest time is being stored in a manner where blankets are touching one another. Bedding and equipment for rest time needs to be used for one child at a time, sanitized and stored accordingly to avoid cross contamination. Outline the system developed to store and sanitize bedding and equipment.
