    Observation. It was disclosed the Licensee sent the children home early on one day of operation due to a nearby housefire. The service delivery problem was not reported to Licensing as required. Licensing needs to be notified within 24 hours after a child is involved in, or may have been involved in, a reportable incident as described in Schedule H while under the care or supervision of the licensee. Submit the reportable incident as required and outline the system developed to ensure any incident as outlined in Schedule H is reported to licensing within 24 hours of the incident. Children's files are missing a current photo or digital image of each child. A current photo or digital image of each child needs to be kept to readily identify the child in the event of an emergency. Confirm all children have a current photo on file and outline the system developed to ensure the photos are kept up to date.

    Observation. Screws were found in a drawer accessible to children. A system needs to be implemented to ensure the fridge temperature is maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or lower. An Eavestrough in the play yard has sharp edges that are accessible to children. The foundation in the play yard has a large area of exposed Styrofoam accessible to children.
