    A licensee must ensure that the entire outdoor play area is (a) enclosed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and will ensure that children are free of harm.

    Observation. Licensing observed a large gap measuring 11 inches underneath the outdoor fence. Staff took a photo to show it to the manager. This is repeat contravention.

    Corrective action. Manager to provide a plan to Licensing address this.

    Observation. Medication required in a child's care plan was not on site.

    Observation. Licensing Officer observed expired water (2022) and no food supplies in the 72 hours emergency supply kit. Staff said that the food is stored in a locked space to which they did not have access.

    Corrective action. Provide a plan to ensure emergency supplies are not expired and easily accessible at all times.
