  • OR SUPERVISION

Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (b) the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.

Observation. An Early Childhood Educator is scheduled to close the program. As per Schedule E of the CCLR, an Infant Toddler Educator (ITE) needs to work in ratio at all times, so an ITE needs to open and close.

Corrective action. Please provide a plan how this will be addressed.
