    Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed one staff leave the premise for a few minutes. The Manager explained that this is not a common occurrence.

    Observation. Upon inspection the following was observed accessible to children: - Cleaning products under the sink in the washroom - Clorox wipes and bleach in the play area The Manager explained how the facility cleans frequently and having the products close by makes it easier.

(Educator or assistant certificate validation)

    Observation. Upon review of staff records, two staff did not have certificate verified by the system maintained by the early childhood educator registry. The Manager explained that both staff have renewed their Certificate and that she was unaware this needs to be validated each time.
