    Observation. There have been no significant changes to the structure or operation of the facility, however one employee's educator certificate was not displayed in a prominent location. Certificates from the ECE Registry must be displayed in a prominent location.

    Observation. Some children's files were observed to be missing written consent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance. This consent is indicated on the back of each child's emergency card, but must be signed by a parent. Inform Licensing when the consent forms have been signed by all parents. A review of the daily attendance record showed some departure times, and an indication of when a child is absent, were occasionally missing. Accurate attendance records are required, and contain important information required in an emergency. Inform Licensing of the system that will be implemented to ensure that the attendance records are complete.
