    A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

    Observation. Licensing observed the following: (a) Walls around the program space are chipped with gyprok exposed (Repeat contravention from previous inspection #PGIL-D3YM7D) (b) The Ramp at the rear has wood that is rotting on the hand rails and on the ground where children walk. The ramp has areas that are very slippery and pose a falling hazard. The wood on the ramp as a whole is rotting at various areas with uneven splintered wood exposed. (Repeat Contravention from previous inspection #PGIL-D3YM7D)

    Corrective action. Manager stated he will share the concerns with the school district.

    Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed the following: -Several areas in the classroom had chipped paint, exposing gyprok -Rear ramp has areas lifting, posing a trip hazard

    Corrective action. The staff explained that a work order will be put in place to have the rear ramp fixed.

    A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

    Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed that fire drill record was not recorded for the month of March. The staff explained that a fire drill was conducted in March but was not recorded.

    Observation. the rear ramp has a hole in it the manager is aware and has informed the school principal for it to be repaired currently there is a pylon over the hole, to ensure children avoid the hole.

    Corrective action. please ensure the hole is repaired and provide a written plan to CCFL as to the timeline
