- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. 4 lunch tables in the Olive Room and 1 star shaped table in the Hemlock Room are warn out exposing the wood and leaving a poros surface making it hard to sanitize.
Corrective action. Manager said they will either replace or repair the tables.

Observation. Upon discussion with the manager, it was mentioned that emergency drills are conducted but they have not practiced bringing emergency supplies to their secondary location.
