  Observation. At the time of inspection, the manager's name was not displayed. Ensure to display the name of the manager in a prominent place.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. The Licensing Officer reviewed the employee records and found them incomplete. Ensure that required employee records such as Criminal Record Check clearance, character reference checks, evidence that the person has complied with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis control programs and Early Childhood Educator Certificate validation are obtained prior the staff start of employment.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Some children's records were reviewed and were found to be incomplete. Ensure that each child's records show their gender, date of enrolment and the date on which the child stops attending the community care facility. The Licensing Officer reviewed the facility's log of play inspections and found it to be incomplete. Ensure to keep a log of all inspections, maintenance and repairs.
