- A licensee must keep, for each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: the diagnoses relevant to the child’s requirement for extra support, as made by health care professionals
Observation. Licensing observed one child with a diagnosis did not have a care plan developed. Through discussion with the Licensee new strategies were being implemented, specific for child, in collaboration with parents, outside agencies and Licensee.
Corrective action. Ensure each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: the diagnoses relevant to the child's requirements for extra support, as made by health care professionals.
