    Observation. Licensee stated that a fire drill had not been practiced since the facility licence was issued in February 2022.

    Corrective action. Ensure monthly fire drills are performed.

    Observation. Licensing observed that the wooden structure in the outdoor play space, on the side with the slide, had approximately two and a half feet of clearance between the structure and wooden stepping blocks.

    Corrective action. Ensure an appropriate amount of clearance are equipment is maintained.
