    Observation. Licensing audited attendace records for the week of September 4, 2024 and noted blank spaces that did not clearly indicated if a child was absent or present. Corrected at time of inspection.

    Observation. Licensing observed that a file containing records for a employee who worked at the facility in August 2024 were kept offsite. Manager stated the file was kept a at another location.

    Observation. Licensing audited attendance records for the week of February 1, 2024 and noted sign out times missing for children in care on February 2, 5 and 6, black spaces were also noted on the attendance records that did not clearly indicate if a child was absent or present

    Corrective action. Ensure attendance record show time of arrival and departure and if a child is absent or present.
