  Corrective action. Ensure safe drinking water is available to children at all time.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's files contained record of written consent to call an ambulance in case of accident/ illness if parent cannot immediately be reached.

  Observation. Licensing observed the corrective action plan for lead in water at the two minute flush was not being recorded at the facility. Licensee stated she was doing the two minute flush before the children arrived, but was not recording.

  Corrective action. Ensure the corrective action plan for lead in water of the two minute flush is being conducted and recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's files have name and telephone number of medical practitioner.
