    There is a diaper changing area that is adjacent to a wash basin, that is located away from the food preparation area, and that has a covered container for soiled clothing. [CCLR Sec. 14(4)]

    Observation. *Children from the 3-5 program were observed using this washroom after nap. CCFL observed the Educator disposing of soiled pull-ups in an open garbage container.

    Medications that staff have agreed to administer are readily accessible to staff and are administered in the correct dosage at the correct times. [CCLR Sec. 53(1)]

    Observation. *CCFL observed the location of an epi-pen was recorded to be in 4 different locations on the care plan, emergency card, registration form and allergy action plan.

    Observation. *There is a logbook in use however CCFL observed large gaps between documentation. For example, there is a gap between September 2021 and March 2022 with no entries.
