Observation. *A large open tub of laundry soap was observed on the top shelf of a low cupboard in the children's washroom. CCFL has a concern that should a child pull the accessible tub handle it could topple onto a child's head potentially harming them due to the weight and potential of powdered soap in their eyes.

Observation. *A temporary trapeze has been set up between 2 trees that features rungs to hang from as well as one ladder. The ladder portion exceeds 5 feet at the top which provides a risk of injury should a child fall to the ground below.

Observation. *Licensing observed a piece of board taped over an outside window. The Manager reports that the outer glazing had cracked (the interior is fine) and that a work order has been put in to fix this item. *The sand in the sandbox has eroded from the side of the building exposing landscape fabric and sharp plastic construction material.
