Observation. Licensing noted that the carpet in the main area is in need of a wash or deep cleaning to ensure it meets cleanliness to maintain appropriate hygiene.

Observation. Licensing observed the staffing list has been posted, but it is not up to date and does not reflect the current staff working on site.
