Quail Cottage Child Care

We feel so lucky to have found Rachael and Quail Cottage. This was our boys’ very first daycare experience, and Rachael made the transition so easy with her patience, kindness, and genuine care. She treated our boys like family, caring for them alongside her own girls, and created such a safe, loving, and fun environment. Rachael was always flexible, communicative, and supportive, and under her guidance our boys have grown so much this past year. We are so grateful for everything she’s done and cannot recommend her highly enough!

My toddler attended Quail Cottage for over a year, and we had a fantastic experience with Rachael. She is caring, kind, honest, trustworthy and fun. Not to mention, she had all the credentials we were looking for in a care provider for our child. We were drawn to Rachael's teaching/care style (Montessori based), the outdoor and indoor space, and the activities (indoor play, songs, crafts, learning, outdoor exploration, daily walks). We also really appreciated the daily pictures and updates that were shared with us. Rachael was instrumental in helping my daughter become more independent and come out of her shell. All in all, I would recommend Quail Cottage in a heartbeat!

Our daughter loved her time at Quail Cottage. Rachel was patient and kind, and provided a variety of activities to keep her constantly stimulated and learning. The daily outdoor activities were her favourite. The small size of the group also enabled Rachel to provide sufficient attention to our daughter, to support her to become more independent and to learn how to socialize with others. Rachel’s background in early childhood education was a big bonus. We are grateful that our daughter was accepted at Quail Cottage; she made new friends and learnt a lot during her time there! We highly recommend Quail Cottage to any family seeking a cozy, friendly and stimulating environment for their child.

Rachael took care of our child for over two years. She was great with them; they learned a lot and were prepared for kindergarten. She met them at their level providing a quality and caring environment to both play and learn. Our child loved their time there.
