Observation. Manager informs that there is no fixed menu for each day. The program will serve a variety of crackers, granola, fruits, vegetables, depending on what is purchased. Currently, this information is not available to families. Manager intends to start an online chat group, to post information such as a list of snack items, so that parents can see if they choose to.

Observation. A log of outdoor checks and maintenance was previously kept. Manager informs that the papers had gotten wet in the backpack, and have not yet replaced. Manager intends to add this into the online attendance record, to keep all information in one place.
