    Observation. Licensing observed bleach and other cleaning products stored under the sink in the children's washroom and in a cupboard in the kitchen. These cupboards were unlocked and accessible. Additionally, cleaning supplies, such as a mop and vacuum, were observed leaning against a wall in the program space, posing a risk of falling on children.

    Observation. Licensing was informed that only seven children are currently registered, as the program has recently opened. Some of the children's records are incomplete as they are still being organized. Licensing observed missing information in some files, such as photos and emergency contact details. Additionally, Licensing noted that one child's registration form indicated an egg allergy. Staff mentioned they did not believe the allergy was current. Licensing requested that staff follow up with the family to confirm whether a care plan is required. All children's files must be complete and accessible before a child attends the program.

    Observation. Licensing was informed that the program had recently opened at the end of August, and staff files were still being organized. No staff records were available at the time of inspection. All records for program staff must be obtained and accessible at all times.
