  Licensing is notified within 24 hours after a child is involved in, or may have been involved in, a reportable incident described in Schedule H or has a reportable communicable disease. [CCLR Sec.55(2)(a)(b)]

  Observation. Licensing officer reviewed an incident that was recorded in the log book May 19, 2022 where a child got injured and as a result the parents took the child to the doctor. The incident was not reported to Licensing.
