  Observation. One staff did have a criminal record check from Ireland. A discussion was held that all staff are required to have a valid criminal record clearance letter on file obtained under the Criminal Records Review Act. This staff did not have documentation of immunization status on file.

  Observation. One child in care had information on their registration form that the parents had provided a puffer. No asthma care plan was present for the child.
