Observation. Licensing observed the refrigerator at a temperature of 5'C. The refrigerator's temperature was adjusted during today's inspection. Licensing was informed that the intention of the plastic was to preserve the floor and prevent further damage. This poses as a risk to safety. Licensing observed a children's safety gate located in the kitchen area. The gate is used to divide the napping area from the kitchen area. The gate appeared to be very large for the space and folding in multiple areas. The gate also appeared to rock back and forth with ease. This gate does not provide an effective safety barrier between the napping area and the kitchen. Licensing recommends a taller safety barrier to ensure children do not have access to the kitchen area. Licensing observed children's chairs stacked on top of each other at a high height. The curtains are easily accessible to children from their cribs. This poses as a hazard. This was previously identified on August 30, 2021 inspection report.
