Information regarding health and safety are highly recommended to be consistent throughout documents and kept up to date.

The manager reports bedding is washed once per week. *A blue sleep mat was observed to be worn on the corners making this item porous and no longer easy to keep clean.

Observation. *The wooden cover that previously housed a baseboard heater in the play room has been removed. This item was first observed to be out of compliance on May 5, 2021. *The children's cubbies are beginning to show wear. Licensing observed chips in the wood and paint throughout which presents the possibility of slivers as well as the now porous exposed wood has become difficult to clean. This poses the possibility of cross-contamination. *An unsecured lower cupboard in the washroom was observed to contain loose wires and items required for the care of fish.

Observation. *Licensing observed the picket fence alongside the sandbox has begun to splinter and collapse. *There is loose slat on the deck which is currently covered by a planter. *The play equipment is covered in winter algae. *Licensing observed two circular ropes hanging down from a tree in the play yard. This poses an entanglement hazard. *While not currently in non-compliance, Licensing observed the edges of the decking are starting to deteriorate. It is recommended to put a maintenance or future replacement plan in place in order to avoid a larger issue.
