Licensing Officer observed the following: -immunization status has not been obtained for 2 staff -character references have not been obtained for 2 staff -copies of any diplomas, certificates or other evidence of the person's training and skills have not been obtained for 1 staff -record of staff's work histories has not been obtained for 1 staff

  Observation. LO observed that a record of fire drill is not kept.

  Observation. LO observed that the Licensee is not recording the maintenance of outdoor space and equipment.
