    Observation. Licensing Officer observed the following: -a photograph or digital image of the child is not kept for 5 children -medical insurance plan number is not kept for 1 child

    Observation. While the facility has a fire drill system in place, Licensing Officer did not observe documentation demonstrating that fire drills are practiced once each month and that the emergency drill plan is practiced once each year.

    Observation. Licensing observed a fire extinguisher that was not serviced and tagged for the year. The caregiver has gathered some emergency food and water supplies for Earthquake/emergency preparedness. Ensure there are enough for 7 children for 72 hours. Recommend keeping the supplies in a rolling container: a suitcase on wheels. Add an Emergency Plan procedure to the facility policies.
