  Observation. Written policies and procedures were kept at the facility. Licensing observed checklists for cleaning were completed for the entire week, in advance. This leads to questions about the staff ability to implement the policies and procedures set for the facility.

  Observation. Staff were aware they must conduct daily outdoor safety checks and to keep a log of all inspections., maintenance and repairs on file for Licensing review. At the time of the inspection, LO noted licensee marked checks as completed for the entire week, including Friday. This leads to questions about the staff ability to perform the types of checks that would ensure proper maintenance and repairs are completed. This is especially important as the outdoor play area is located in an area to which the public has access.
