Observation. At today's inspection video/audio monitor cords were loose when plugged. These cords could be a hazard if a child has access.

At all times children have immediate access to an employee who holds a valid first aid and CPR certificate, is knowledgeable respecting each child's medical condition, if any, and is capable of communicating with emergency personnel. [CCLR Sec. 23(1)]
Observation. The Manager's first aid certificate expired in 2021. The Manager assists with staffing and at times opens or closes alone. As discussed the Manager cannot work alone with an expired first aid certificate.
