A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Garbage bags stored in bathroom drawer was accessible to children.

A licensee must ensure that any heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius.
Observation. The bathroom sink water temperature was measured at 50.2 degrees Celsius
Corrective action. The licensee said they will provide supervision while the children wash hands until the water temperature can be reduced, and will provide a written response once complete.
