    Observation. It was observed in the outdoor play area large holes collecting standing water. There was also a water table collecting water.

    Observation. A sandbox cover on the outdoor play ground has a tarp/wire cover installed over the sandbox which poses a hazard to children playing in the area. The LO reviewed this item with the manager to make inaccessible until corrected for all programs using the playground.

    Observation. Six staff files were reviewed and one staff had an expired validation and one staff was missing a validation of their certificate from the Early Childhood Education Registry. LO reviewed these items with the manager at the time of the inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure all staff files are complete including all staff certificates to be validated from the ECE Registry.
