    Observation. Children's lunch kits were reviewed during the inspection. Ineffective storage of perishable food items was observed. The LO reviewed this item in depth with the facility manager at the time of the inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure all children's files are complete including Care Card number.

    A licensee must ensure that all indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are (b) safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair.

    Observation. The outdoor playground has a damaged rubber border on the ground at the entrance gate that poses a risk and tripping hazard for the children traveling to and from the space. LO reviewed this item with the manager during the inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure the outdoor play area accessible to the children is free from hazards and in good repair.
