    Observation. Toilet bowl cleaner and cleaning supplies accessible in the children washroom. A projector wire was on the floor and not secured.

The following was observed in the outdoor play space: -Prickly weeds are growing into the playground through the chain link fence. -The back gate is not in working condition and unable to be closed and secured. This is a concern as there is a parking lot adjacent to the playground.

    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. The east and south sides of the outdoor playground have large amounts of thorny weeds growing through the chain link fence and into the playground. In some areas these thorny weeds stretch three feet into the play space posing a risk to the children in care.

    Corrective action. Ensure a safe environment is provided at all times.
