    Observation. The following was observed at today's inspection. Inside: - portable heater accessible to children - kitchen cabinet with plastic bags, foam spray and soap accessible - bucket of paint accessible in hallway - multiple plugs uncovered - bi-fold doors without child locks - door to furnace room broken and accessible Outside: - gate into backyard unsecured/broken - garbage in gardens and yard - broken drain pipe and wood along side of the house - paint cans accessible in yard - air conditioning unit accessible to children, large gaps in grates where children can place their fingers in (repeat) - broken/unsecured gate at bottom of stairs that leads to upper patio (repeat) - dip in ground in old fire pit that are a tripping hazard (repeat)

    Corrective action. Please provide a written response to how you will address the above contraventions.

    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. The following was observed at today's inspection: -Large broken cabinet stored beside the house within the outdoor play space. -Air conditioning unit is accessible to children, there are large gaps between the grates where children can place their fingers in. -Broken electrical outlet covers which encase the outlet exposing holes within the wall and around the electrical outlet. -Bleach and Water spray bottle not labelled -Broken gate at the bottom of the stairs that go to upper patio (repeat) -Two dips within the ground which can act as tripping hazards ( old fire put and by the shed).

    Corrective action. Please provide a written response to indicate how you will address the contravention noted above on or before August 29, 2024

    Observation. The following was observed at today's inpsection: -Wallpaper is peeling from the wall -Paint is peeling from the wall in various rooms, along the trim,etc (repeat) -Pieces of white wood furniture (chair and table) visibly dirty and tacky. -Walls, doors visibly dirty in some areas -Diaper mat has started to crack at the seams, not allowing for adequate cleaning -Toilet roll holder is broken Outside: -Broken wood with exposed nails at the bottom of a pillar -Lawn is quite long and unkempt, various pieces of debris and garbage beside the house and shed. -Two strollers that are broken and are no longer used are kept outside within the outdoor play space.
