    Observation. A toy/storage shelf needs to be secured in 3-5 nap room.

    Corrective action. Manager said that they will anchor it.

    A licensee must establish a program to instruct children in, and to practise the rules of, health and hygiene.

    Observation. In Multi-age care there was no space between children sleep mats. Children could roll over to the bed that is next to them.

    Corrective action. Staff said that they will change their practice to place the sleep mats to avoid cross contamination of germs.
