Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was a bottle of Mr. Clean solution under the sink that was accessible to children. The Manager moved this solution at the time of the inspection.
Corrective action. Ensure any substances that can be hazardous to children is made inaccessible to children.
