    A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

    Observation. At the entrance there were a number of ants crawling on the floor; the Manager stated there was a spill and it will be cleaned up and the ants removed.

    Corrective action. Ensure the facility is clean at all times.
