    A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

    Observation. The following was observed: - the paint and drywall is chipping on the walls in areas throughout the facility; this was coded at the last routine inspection as well. - the transition piece from the floor to the carpet at the end of the hallway poses a tripping hazard as it is lifting and the tape that is applied is no longer holding it down - there were 4 nap mats that are ripped on the corners leaving them unable to be sanitized effectively

    Corrective action. Ensure the facility is safe and in good repair at all times.
