Observation. Shed in outdoor play area containing a lawnmower and other gardening tools was unlocked and accessible.
Corrective action. Ensure outdoor shed is locked at all times during program hours.

A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Licensing observed that the emergency supplies kit had expired food and requires a few more supplies in case of an emergency. The licensee will replace all kits.
Corrective action. Please ensure that there is food/water that isn't expired, along with other emergency supplies that will be sufficient for 72 hours, per person.
