    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. Indoor: There is a microwave placed on a tight space on the wall with the cord plugged on the bottom of the wall which may easily fall over the children. Outdoors accessible to children: -wood starting to rot exposing sharp edges -plastic bag -a propane tank -loose hose on the ground -two garbage bags

    Corrective action. A corrective action plan will be submitted to licensing by June 25th to address all contraventions in this report.

    Observation. The following were observed during today's inspection; Propane gas cylinder and garbage in a big black bag in the outdoor play area accessible to children; Hallway closet door need to be secured from finger pinching.

    Corrective action. Please ensure to provide a safe and healthy environment to children while in care.
