EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. In the outdoor play space the fencing on the north and south sides are wobbly and not secure. There are multiple boards that are rotten and breaking away from other boards. There are exposed nails.
Corrective action. The Director stated that she will take immediate action to secure the fencing and ensure that no nails are exposed. Following that she will look into fence replacement.
