    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. The following was noted at the time of inspection: -Two shelves, one in nap room and one cubby at entrance are not secured to the wall and can act as a topple hazard. -Diapering mat has a crack in the plastic, not allowing the mat to be non porous and easy to clean.

    Corrective action. Please provide a written response to indicate how you will address the contravention noted above on or before April 9, 2025

    Observation. There was no proof of Emergency drill. Manager stated that they did not know that they needed to write this drill down.

    Corrective action. Manager stated that they would start to document when the Emergency drill is carried out.

    Observation. There was no proof of verification of Certificates for both the Manager and staff.

    Corrective action. Manager stated that they would verify the Certificates and provide proof within the files.
